Hi, my name is Odnan Galvan, I’m a sophomore at Baker, planning to major in physics and mathematics. Currently I’m trying to get a position as a Spanish Language Consultant, Math grader, and join the Rice Physics Outreach Program.

One thing I am proud of is my ENGI 120 project, where my team and I designed a way to get rid of dog waste in kennels that had no drain in them. It was a small project, but still one that took a lot of work and was an overall great experience for me.

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve alway wanted to simply build a robot that can walk around upright, just thought it would be cool. But for now I will be happy with trying to make a very nice box/chest.

I hope to become proficient in using the equipment found in the OEDK, as well as gain experience in prototyping, designing, and judging things that interest me.
