Hello, I’m Adam. I am from Northern Virginia but recently moved to Houston in order to pursue a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering at Rice. Past experiences in making included the design and manufacture of a large wooden box. This box had multiple uses, ranging from improving the user’s fitness to serving as a coffee table. In the future I hope to make a wooden bed frame for my apartment. I am excited to gain more experience this semester with CNC techniques and creating objects from metal.
