Hello everyone! My name is Sradha Ravishankar. I am a Master’s student in the Bioengineering program – Global Medical Innovation track. I graduated from Purdue University in Biomedical Engineering and am super excited to learn more and develop my prototyping skills.

For my senior design project, I was a part of a team that created a device to characterize nerve health in a surgical setting and our design won the “best aesthetic” award. It was really rewarding to see our concepts and drawings come to life. I am excited to learn about other prototyping techniques and look forward to apply these to future projects in the cardiology or women’s health space. Although we won’t be creating our own chess sets in the graduate section, I’m hoping to learn all the skills necessary to do so in the future or in my free time!
