Hello everyone! My name is Joseph Engelking and I am a mechanical engineering sophomore at Baker minoring in engineering design.

I enjoy going to the gym and hanging out with my friends. I am involved in research and will be a linear algebra peer educator this semester.

I’m proud of making a crocheted bouquet of flowers–here’s a picture 🙂

I am looking forward to making medical devices, specifically mechanical prosthetics and exoskeletons. A lot of people have physical disabilities so I’d love to help them achieve healthy physical ability!

I’d like to learn how to use the CNC machine because it’s one of the OEDK machines I’m completely unfamiliar with and it seems to be pretty neat.
