A. I’m Paul, a senior studying mechanical engineering from Wiess College. In the past few years, I’ve been involved with the Rice Eclipse Rocket Team and SEDS Rice, where I had the opportunity to lead a CubeSat Team in its successful quest of securing a launch contract with NASA through its CubeSat Student Launch Initiative.

B. Something that I’ve made that I am proud of would have to be the CubeSat model I made while in SEDS Rice. It was an accurate depiction of what our proposed CubeSat would look like and was a helpful visual aid in the presentations I gave to fundraise for the CubeSat.

C. I’m looking forward to the chess set we are supposed to make in ENGI 210.

D. I would like to learn how to work with liquid silicone and other elastomers.
