I’ll go ahead and say that I had a pretty fun time doing this. I will also go ahead and say that I had the hardest time thinking of another way to draw the Lightsaber/toothpick/pen.
1. Horse Dryer/Painter
This is a device that dries and colors with the help of a paint cartridge that can be snapped into place. Coloring is distributed throughout the applicator much like certain make-up products might be, with a dial that pushes the product out. The main components can be deconstructed for easy cleaning, and the color cartridge can be ejected. You can either use the telescopic grip, or attach the strap to use the device much like a regular horse brush.
2. Light Saber/Toothpick/ Pen and Bamboo-collecting Scissor Chainsaw
The pen is pretty straight forward. Slide the clip up for the saber, and slide it down to release the spring-loaded toothpick (they’re on the same end of the pen. For those who live on the edge). The saber can be locked by pushing the lock into place to avoid accidental activation (a safety). The safety can be unlocked by twisting the grip of the pen.
I figured a panda might have trouble wielding a chainsaw, so I went for the scissor design so the user could use both paws for stability. The user must press both switches to activate the chain saw which is only outfitted on one side of the “scissor.” The pandas also have a nifty carrying case to have on their back so they can carry the device around easier when getting around on four legs.
