For the 3D printing project I chose to do a bike push out and snap in place stencil from Thingiverse. The file did not need to be adjusted by me in Rhino because it was already small enough volume wise. I downloaded the file, brought it the wet lab with everyone else, loaded it onto the computer, then had to leave for class. I came back and Helen helped me set it all up and send it to the 3D printer. I used the Fortus printer. The job was done in 45 minutes. I came back and took it out then left for Sweden. When I came back from Sweden I put the part in the acid bath to get rid of the support material and left it in there overnight. I came back, rinsed it off, took a picture, snapped all the parts out, and built the bike. It turned out pretty well! Attached are a photo of the part with the support material, the part without the support material, and the bike all put together.
