For my design, I chose the sustopus by NBraje from thingiverse. I made minor adjustments in CAD myself to optimize the joints to remain free at small scale for the resin prints. I sliced my PLA prints in Ultimaker Cura for best quality with 0.6mm layer height, 20% infill, and a raft for adhesion. I sliced my resin print in preform using the default support structure and post-processed with isopropyl alcohol bath and UV curing. After some minor parameter tuning to ensure optimal print quality with minimal fused joints the below was my result:

Cost Breakdown:

Each PLA print took $0.30 worth of filament, 4:30 of machine time, and no post-processing time

Each resin print took $0.5 worth of resin, 5hr of machine time, and 30 min post-processing time
