Hi, everyone – my name is Ravi Nataraj. I’m a recent chemical engineering graduate with a biomedical specialization from Auburn, AL. I’d describe myself as a fun Indian dude who is super conversational and approachable.
During my undergrad, I made some cool stuff in relation to my research focus in tissue engineering. Specifically, I’ve 3D printed parts to build an electrospinner – a system designed to synthesize and capture fibers as scaffolds.
I’m taking this class (BIOE 555/ENGI 210) to expand on my 3d printing and fabrication/prototyping skills. I hope to learn about various tool workflows, the pros/cons of machinery, and key drivers of successful medical technologies.
