Introducing Raksha!!

Hey!! My name is Raksha and I’m a graduate student, a part of the Master’s in Applied Bioengineering Program. I did my undergrad in Biotechnology Engineering and worked in Gene Therapy at Baylor College of Medicine.

A little bit about me is that I really enjoy baking and experimenting with flavors. I also adore being around animals. Fun fact – I once worked in a snail lab, and that experience whisked me away to some of the most breathtaking mountain ranges in India. Who knew snails could lead to epic adventure?

As a part of BIOE555, I’m really excited to dive into laser cutting, 3D printing, and molding. I’m looking forward to getting hands-on with these techniques.
