Impossible cat 🐈‍⬛

For my assignment, I decided to 3D print a cat with articulated joints. I found the .stl file for this object on thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6918587.

Additionally here’s a bird’s eye view of the file. You can see the articulated, interlocking joints from this view.

I originally printed this at 100% scale. However, once I placed this into the gumball capsule, I realized I could print at a larger scale. I took the dimensions of the gumball capsule and scaled accordingly to 104%. Using the measure tool in Bambu Studio I confirmed that the 104% scale still fit within the gumball capsule dimensions.

I proceeded to print with the Bambu printers (white figures) and the Prusa printers (green figures). The resulting figures can be seen below.

To finish off, I placed each of these in a gumball capsule along with the slips mentioned in the assignment description.
