I’m an Electrical and Computer Engineering major from Martel, where I had an amazing time advising for O-week this year. In college, I (along with most other people in this class probably) have spent more time in the OEDK working on ENGI 120, EDES 301, and SEED, than I have touching grass. Although this class probably isn’t the best remedy for that, I’m still very excited to take it!
Something that I’ve made that I’m proud of is an electronic phone jail cell for EDES 301. It only gives your phone back you both you AND a friend scan your RFID cards. I desperately needed this because I am chronically online and I think it’s really cool, but I don’t trust my friends enough to use it.

Something I want to be able to make is personalized gifts for my family and friends, I think it would be really cool to be able to laser cut and 3D print whatever wild gift ideas that come to mind. The best gifts are the ones that have the most thought put into them! I am also a #brokecollegestudent. Something that I hope to learn in EDES 210 is how to sketch out my ideas well! While I have absolutely no artistic talent, it is definitely something that about others.
