I constructed two boxes, one made for holding cards and slips used in our ministry, and another for holding pens. I plan on making some small cuts to insert a shelf/border in the card box. I also experienced some failure when I made the pen box hinges. My cuts weren’t long enough along the wood, so the bend in the hinge was more stiff, and the wood snapped.
